Exboard Quality Guarantee
Each exboard comes with an original owner, limited warranty on manufacture defective parts. The exboard is manufactured to the highest standards using quality components. Under normal use the exboard will last for many years. Should any part covered by the warranty fail due to manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, Adventure Concepts Ltd. will repair or replace parts. If the exboard is found to be defective by Adventure Concepts Ltd, in its sole discretion, Adventure Concepts Ltd. will only be responsible for the repair or replacement of the defective board. We will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of the product.
The warranty excludes wear and tear encountered in normal use. Wheels, brake boots and grip pads are excluded. Manufacturers will accept no responsibility if the exboard has been altered in any way. Any attempt to dissemble the exboard will invalidate the warranty.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations:
- The warranty applies only to exboards purchased from authorized dealers or Adventure Concepts Ltd. and is valid for the original purchaser only
- All products returned for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization by phone or email. Adventure Concepts Ltd. assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Warranty does not apply to boards broken due to misuse, chainsaw damages, vehicle damage, dropping from airplanes or other practices of undue stupidity.

Disclaimers
The photographs and videos used on our site portray experienced and professional boarders. And even our pros hurt themselves occasionally. The moves and tricks shown on our site should only be attempted by those with proper training and equipment. Exboarding is a potentially hazardous recreational activity which may result in physical injury. Helmets pads and other safety gear are strongly recommended. Always use common sense when using your exboard and stay within your abilities and ALWAYS wear proper protective equipment. Check all paved surfaces for large cracks, holes or wet areas that may interfere with your ride prior to using the exboard.

WARNING: exboarding is a potentially hazardous recreational activity and may result in serious injury or death. Use at your own risk. Always wear a helmet and ride only within your own abilities.

Translation: Life is inherently treacherous.  Exboarding may increase the exposure to risk.  You should probably just sit on a couch all day and have someone bring you food.  Food may or may not contain nuts or other allergens.  Eating may pose a chocking hazard.  Have your food pre-blended and sip through a straw.  Straws are for oral use only.  They may be pointy and could damage your eyes. Wear safety glasses.  Keep a friend and or pet gorilla nearby that can perform the Heimlich maneuver incase your liquid blended food goes down the wrong tube.  Friends and gorillas may or may not exhibit unpredictable behavior
Even after taking all these precautions, sitting at home on the couch all day poses several health risks including heart disease, obesity, and premature wearing out of your sofa. If you are not willing to assume these risks you should probably just go outside and ride your exboard.

Exboarding Safety
- Always wear appropriate safety protection. An approved helmet should be worn at all times.
- The exboard should only be ridden in approved or designated board areas
- Avoid use of the exboard in muddy conditions or on rough tracks
- Regularly check screws, wheels and axles for looseness or signs of wear; tighten or replace as necessary.
